Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Accountant to manage project-wise accounting, Cost of Production (CoP), expense reconciliation, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting fundamentals, excellent MS Excel skills, and the ability to handle project-related financial data accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Project Accounts and Cost of Production (CoP) statements.
Record, classify, and reconcile project expenses under appropriate cost heads.
Verify invoices, vouchers, supporting documents, and other project-related financial records.
Prepare project-wise expense statements, cost schedules, and MIS reports.
Regularly reconcile accounting records with underlying project documentation.
Identify discrepancies, missing documents, and unusual expenses and report them to senior management.
Coordinate with Field and Assurance teams to collect and validate project-related information.
Maintain Excel-based working files, trackers, and project MIS.
Assist in preparing project cost reports and closing project accounts.
Ensure all accounting records and supporting schedules are properly maintained and audit-ready.




Coordinate with clients and project personnel for necessary clarifications and additional information.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and fundamentals.
Excellent command of MS Excel.
Good understanding of ledgers, reconciliations, expense classification, and financial reporting.
Experience in handling large volumes of financial data with accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

Option 1:
Inter CA / CA Inter with approximately 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Option 2:
B.Com / M.Com with approximately 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience in preparing accounts and financial statements.
Working knowledge of accounting software.
Extensive experience working with MS Excel and financial data.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
