Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with experience in Amazon Vendor Central operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, generating product barcodes, creating Advance Shipment Notifications (ASN), and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, review, and process Purchase Orders (POs) from Amazon Vendor Central.

Generate and manage product barcodes.

Create and process Advance Shipment Notifications (ASN) on Amazon Vendor Central.

Ensure accurate PO quantities, product details, pricing, and shipment information.

Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and logistics teams for order fulfilment.

Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Manage invoice uploads and resolve PO or invoice-related discrepancies.

Track order status, shipment updates, and delivery confirmations.

Handle Amazon Vendor Central operational issues,



shortages, and claim-related discrepancies.

Maintain daily reports and records of POs, ASNs, invoices, and shipments.

Ensure compliance with Amazon Vendor Central guidelines and operational requirements.

Perform other e-commerce operational tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any stream.

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central is preferred.

Knowledge of PO processing, barcode generation, and ASN creation.

Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience handling Amazon Vendor Central, especially PO management, barcode generation, ASN creation, and shipment processing, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
