Qualification :- Any Graduates

Working days :- Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Working hours :- 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with international customers and distributors.
Prepare export documents, quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Coordinate export orders, logistics, and shipments.
Support international tenders, product registrations, and approvals.
Follow up with customers and internal teams for timely order execution.
Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and MIS.
Assist with product presentations and export compliance.
Support export business across Russia, CIS countries, the Middle East, Africa, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Required Skills
Knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
Positive English communication and email drafting skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of international logistics and shipping.
Solid coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
