Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train a team of press operators and assistants. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Production & Quality: Manage daily print runs to ensure maximum efficiency, minimal waste, and strict adherence to quality and color specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years operating industrial presses with years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of press mechanics, ink management, color matching, and troubleshooting.
Abilities: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility: Shift work and occasional overtime required.
