Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Technical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in hardware and networking to provide in office technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
Handle LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity issues.
Install and maintain Windows OS and basic software applications.
Provide on-site technical support and resolve hardware and networking issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service reports.
Coordinate with clients to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and network support.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
