We are looking for experienced Construction Foremen for overseas employment opportunities in the Maldives. Candidates should have relevant construction industry experience or a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with knowledge of site management and construction drawings.

Salary and Advantages
Total Monthly Package: Approximately ₹71,000
Salary package includes basic salary and allowances, including food allowance.
Overtime: Additional payment for extra working hours.
Accommodation: Provided by the employer.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry OR a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience in construction site management and supervision.
Ability to read and understand CAD files.




Knowledge of construction plans and technical drawings.
Positive site coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
Monitor construction work and ensure tasks are carried out according to project plans.
Coordinate with workers and site teams.
Read and interpret construction drawings and CAD plans.
Monitor work progress and report site-related updates.
Support effective site management and supervision.
