Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Boiler Operator to operate, monitor and maintain boiler systems at our plantation facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the protected and effective operation of boilers, maintaining optimal steam pressure and temperature, and complying with applicable safety standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure continuous and efficient functioning.
Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water levels and steam output.
Conduct routine inspections of boilers, valves, pumps, gauges and other associated equipment.
Maintain proper boiler water levels and monitor water quality.
Perform regular cleaning, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of boiler equipment.
Identify and report operational faults, leaks and equipment malfunctions.
Maintain daily boiler operation logs, maintenance records and inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with boiler safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Follow workplace safety standards and ensure proper handling of boiler-related equipment.

Educational Qualification




ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
Valid Boiler Operation Certificate / Competency Certificate as required under applicable regulations.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in boiler operation, preferably in plantation, manufacturing or industrial environments.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and valid statutory certification may also be considered.

Required Skills
Knowledge of boiler operations and safety procedures.
Understanding of boiler pressure, temperature and water-level monitoring.
Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to maintain operational records and reports.
Responsible, safety-conscious and attentive to detail.

Additional Requirements
Willingness to work at the plantation site.
Ability to work in shifts, including rotational shifts, if required.
Knowledge of applicable boiler safety regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
