Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff for top performance.
Prepare and manage budgets, optimize revenue, and control costs.
Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Develop strategies to increase occupancy and profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
Solid leadership, financial planning, and problem-solving skills.
