Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers entering the jewellery showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items.
Show recent collections and encourage the customer to explore them.
Explain product details including gold purity, weight and pricing.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure items are properly arranged.
Build robust relationship with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Meet sales targets set by the management.
Maintain and upgrade knowledge of current jewellery trends and current collections.
Support inventory checks and stock management.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer Service mindset.
Adept knowledge of Gold Jewellery, Diamonds and Gemstones.
Basic computer or billing software knowledge.
Trustworthy and responsible attitude.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in jewellery sales is mandatory (atleast 2 years experience).
Any degree is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
