Hiring: DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie)

Position: DCDP
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Supervise Commis chefs and guide junior staff.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Assist the CDP and Head Chef with menu execution.
Requirements:
Prior experience as DCDP or in a similar role.
Positive knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Solid leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
