HR & Admin Executive – Pammis Bakers / Shashi Foods

Pammis Bakers is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage HR operations for our central bakery production unit and five retail outlets.

Key responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding of bakery, production and retail staff
Daily attendance, leave, overtime and absenteeism monitoring
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts team
Maintain employee records and joining/exit documentation
Handle staff grievances and disciplinary matters
Monitor manpower requirements across all five outlets
Regular outlet visits for staff checks
Grooming, uniform and workplace-discipline monitoring
Coordinate PF, ESI and other HR/statutory compliance
Hiring replacements quickly when staff leave
Maintain HR reports and provide regular updates directly to management





Important: This position will be permanently based at our Central Kitchen/Factory in Industrial Growth Centre, Bathinda, where the Accounts and Management teams operate. The candidate must be comfortable working from a food-production/factory workplace and visiting Pammis Bakers outlets when required.

Preferred candidate: Someone with HR experience in food manufacturing, bakery, restaurants, hotels, retail, FMCG or manufacturing. Robust knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment and employee handling is preferred.
