Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Architect to manage architectural design, client coordination, drawing documentation, and approvals, ensuring smooth coordination with Structural, MEP, and Detailing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and the Sales/Marketing team to understand project requirements.
Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and drawings.
Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural and MEP requirements.
Define materials, finishes, cladding systems, and construction details.
Ensure drawings are dimensionally accurate, practical, and construction-ready.
Incorporate client feedback, manage revisions, and obtain design approvals.




Hand over approved drawings to the Detailing Team for GFC and construction documentation.
Resolve architectural queries during the detailing and execution stages.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, cladding, and construction methods.
Experience in client coordination and consultant coordination.
Good understanding of structural and MEP interfaces.
Robust communication and presentation skills.

Software Skills:
AutoCAD – Mandatory
SketchUp – Mandatory
Enscape – Preferred

Preferred Experience: Residential, villa, hospitality, modular, or prefabricated projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
