Job Summary

Promax Infosolutions is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage Management-Level Permanent Hiring for the UK Healthcare market.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UK healthcare recruitment and a solid understanding of the UK healthcare hierarchy and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Permanent Recruitment for UK Healthcare clients
Recruit for senior positions including Hospital Managers, Clinical Leads, and Senior Executives
Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality leadership talent
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closures
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Maintain recruitment data and performance metrics





Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 months experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment (Permanent)
Strong knowledge of UK healthcare job roles and hierarchy
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to manage senior-level stakeholders
Target-driven and result-oriented recruitment mindset
