Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all company computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
Manage and troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
Provide technical support to staff and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
Maintain IT inventory, records, and equipment documentation.
Ensure regular backup and security of important company data.
Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and CCTV displays.
Check CCTV cameras regularly and troubleshoot camera, recording, connectivity, and storage issues.
Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems across all company locations.
Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for CCTV, networking, and other IT-related repairs when required.
Maintain CCTV recordings and provide required footage to authorized management when needed.




Ensure basic IT security, system updates, antivirus, and access control.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and systems.
Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting.
Positive knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, camera configuration, and monitoring.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple IT-related tasks independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
IT support experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
