We are looking for a results-driven Property Consultant to join our team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them find, evaluate, and secure profitable residential or commercial real estate investments. Key Responsibilities • Client Consultation: Understand client needs, budgets, and investment goals to offer tailored property recommendations. • Market Research: Analyze local real estate trends, demographics, and property values to identify profitable prospects. • Lead Generation: Prospect current clients through networking, referrals, digital channels, and direct outreach (including cold calling). • Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers or tenants. • Negotiation & Closing: Mediate and negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, and agents to secure optimal deals.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
