Tele Collection Executive – Bajaj (Bucket X)

About the role:
We are hiring Tele Collection Executives for the Bajaj Bucket X process. You will call customers with overdue EMIs, remind them of their dues and secure payment commitments. Freshers are welcome, and full training is provided.

Responsibilities:
Call customers with pending EMIs and remind them of due amounts
Negotiate payment dates and record promise-to-pay commitments
Follow up until payments are received
Handle customers politely and within compliance guidelines
Meet daily call and recovery targets

Requirements:
HSC or Graduate (freshers and experienced both welcome)
Good communication in Hindi and English




Patient and persuasive on calls
Basic computer knowledge

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1 rotational week off

Documents to carry: Updated resume (2 copies), Aadhaar card, PAN card, HSC / graduation marksheet, last 3 months’ salary slips (if experienced), 2 passport-size photos

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
