Graduate in any stream with minimum 1 years of experience in relative field. Candidate must have computer knowledge.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

A. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of essential items.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Identify shortages, damaged items, and expired materials.
Ensure proper storage and categorisation of all materials.

B. Purchase and Procurement
Prepare purchase requisitions based on departmental requirements.
Coordinate with the Admin and Accounts Departments for procurement.
Verify materials received against purchase orders and invoices.
Ensure that all purchased items meet the required quality and quantity standards.
Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, and delivery challans.

C. Issuance and Distribution
Issue materials to teaching and non-teaching departments as per approved requirements.
Maintain proper issue registers with signatures of recipients.
Ensure that materials are issued only after proper authorisation.
Monitor the consumption of stationery, housekeeping materials, maintenance items, and other supplies.

Record Keeping and Reporting
Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and purchase records.
Prepare monthly stock reports.
Maintain department-wise consumption records.
Report shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies to the reporting authority.
Maintain proper documentation for audit and verification purposes.

E. Store Maintenance and Supervision
Keep the store clean, organised, and properly maintained.
Ensure proper labelling and systematic arrangement of materials.
Maintain safety and security of stored items.
Prevent wastage, misuse, and unauthorised removal of materials.
Ensure that all materials are stored in appropriate conditions. F . Housekeeping Duties Should look after the housekeeping staff

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
