We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager with solid expertise in high-rise residential construction and Mivan shuttering technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects using Mivan construction technology.
Oversee structural work, concrete pouring, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing activities.
Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project schedules, manpower, contractors, material procurement, and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Candidate Requirements:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in real estate construction.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects and Mivan shuttering technology.
Solid leadership, site execution, and project management skills.
Industry Preference: Candidates with proven experience in high-rise residential real estate projects using Mivan technology.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
