Core Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Planning: Establish long-term and short-term hiring strategies to align with production cycles, factory scaling, and engineering milestones.
Specialized Technical Sourcing: Oversee the mapping and acquisition of niche automotive talent, including EV powertrain engineers, autonomous driving software developers, assembly specialists, and supply chain analysts.
High-Volume Blueprinting: Build blueprints for seasonal or expansion-driven mass hiring at manufacturing units and assembly plants.
Leadership & Vendor Management: Direct an internal team of technical and non-technical recruiters while managing relationships with external specialized automotive headhunting agencies.
Employer Branding: Build the company’s reputation as an innovation hub to attract highly competitive STEM and engineering talent.
Compliance & Analytics: Ensure all recruitment practices strictly align with regional employment and labor laws. Track critical hiring metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Advanced Sourcing Tools: Mastery of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri,



and automotive-focused job networks.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Capability to project future hiring needs based on technological roadmaps.

Essential Soft Skills
Strategic Negotiation: Expertise in closing complex compensation packages for high-demand technical specialists and global executives.
Adaptive Leadership: Robust interpersonal skills to manage, mentor, and elevate a diversified recruiting team.

Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an Engineering background combined with strong HR experience.
Experience: Generally requires 8–12+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 4–5 years leading a recruitment team specifically within the automotive, manufacturing, or deep-tech hardware domains.

Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
