Job Description:
Providing training in curriculum implementation
Conducting center visits for operational support
Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers
Orientation programs for parents and teachers
Ensuring high standards of quality at the centers
Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned
Ensuring regular teacher and CLO training for the assigned centers
Maintaining centers as per organisational norms
Desired Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with the preschool education industry is essential
Knowledge of preschool franchising will be considered an added advantage
Willingness to travel for up to 15 days per month
Solid understanding of early childhood education and curriculum frameworks.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
