Role description

Mandatory Skills
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Data Management.
Robust experience in Healthcare Clinical Data (EMR/EHR, Claims, Clinical Trials, Patient Data, Provider Data).
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Delta Lake architecture.
Expertise in Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Databricks).
Robust understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, SNOMED.
Experience designing and implementing Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse architectures.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark/PySpark.
Experience with Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical).
Solid knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Security, and Regulatory Compliance (HIPAA).
Experience leading architecture discussions and guiding development teams.
