How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Manages insurance agency/brokerage service activities and staff to provide the highest standards in commercial insurance services in designated areas and client relationships. Maintains and sets performance standards for employees to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. Investigates, develops, and maintains dependable market relationships in assigned markets to support current and anticipated acquired business.
Assures the relationships between producers (sales) and service staff are cooperative and productive. Manages assigned staff,



establishing individual goals and evaluating results.

About you

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years related experience required.

Behaviors:
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks
