Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our team in the Fire & Safety industry.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, building customer relationships, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities through cold calling.
Contact potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.
Promote company products and services.
Prepare and share sales quotations, proposals and presentations.
Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Strong customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of sales experience can apply.
Experience in B2B, retail, corporate or inside sales is an added advantage.
Knowledge of construction, trading or MEP industries is preferred.

Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualified attitude and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
