Key Responsibilities:
Import Cargo Handling
Supervise unloading of containers at the warehouse using forklifts, hydras, and manual labour
Ensure secure and proper stacking of cargo – 25 kg bags and Jumbo bags on wooden pallets
Storage & Inventory Management
Ensure cargo is stored safely and in compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Maintain accurate stock records (manual and/or ERP system)
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with system records
Dispatch & Distribution Coordination
Receive dispatch requisitions from the Sales team
Generate invoices and e-way bills accurately and in a timely manner
Arrange transportation for dispatches across India in truckloads
Supervise loading of trucks using equipment and/or manual labour
Collect and verify necessary transport documents (e.g., LR copy) and share them with the Sales team
Vendor & Labour Coordination
Coordinate with third-party labour contractors, equipment vendors, and transporters
Ensure the availability and proper functioning of material-handling equipment
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain complete documentation for receipt, storage, and dispatch
Making invoices and E-Way Bills
Share daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports in excel with relevant stakeholders




Ensure compliance with company policies, GST norms, and transport regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification – Graduate from any stream
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably dealing with import cargo and bulk materials
Robust knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and material-handling equipment
Familiarity with invoicing software and GST e-way bill generation
Basic proficiency in MS Excel or other stock management systems
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage labour and vendor relationships effectively

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling mineral or chemical cargo is a plus
Having your own vehicle is mandatory
Forklift operation knowledge or a license is optional but desirable
Working knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
