Responsibilities
Answer patient calls and provide information about clinic timings, appointments, and available services.
Schedule appointments and send reminders.
Contact existing patients regarding follow-up appointments as instructed by the clinic.
Handle WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate call and appointment records.
Coordinate patient requests with the doctor and clinic staff.
Keep patient information confidential.
Refer medical questions to the doctor; do not independently recommend medicines or treatment.

Candidate requirements
Transparent, courteous communication in Hindi; Chhattisgarhi or other local-language skills are welcome.
Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and computer skills.
Patience, empathy, and positive listening skills.
Previous telecalling, reception, or healthcare experience preferred; freshers with valuable communication skills may apply.
