Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction, maintenance and repair activities at the factory.
Monitor building construction, flooring, plastering, painting, brickwork and concrete work.
Ensure proper execution of civil work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Manage and supervise labour, contractors and subcontractors.
Check the quality of construction materials such as cement, sand, steel and aggregates.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Coordinate with the Engineering, Maintenance and Administration departments.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records of material consumption.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations at the worksite.
Maintain proper utilisation of manpower and construction materials.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for civil work execution.
Required Skills
Knowledge of civil construction work.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Labour and contractor management.




Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and site management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
ITI in Civil-related trade or equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
0– 2years of relevant experience in civil construction or industrial maintenance.
Candidate Requirements
Should be capable of independently handling factory civil maintenance work.
Should be able to manage manpower and contractors.
Must ensure quality and timely completion of work.
Should be willing to work at the factory site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
