Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations, manage production activities, ensure product quality, improve productivity, and maintain workplace safety. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations.
Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Ensure timely completion of production schedules and delivery commitments.
Manage manpower, shift schedules, and workforce allocation.
Monitor production quality and minimize rejection and wastage.
Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality, maintenance, and dispatch departments.
Maintain inventory and control raw material consumption.
Implement cost-control and productivity improvement measures.
Ensure factory safety, housekeeping, and discipline.




Handle machine breakdowns and coordinate preventive maintenance.
Prepare daily production reports and submit them to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred.
5–8 years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of production planning and control.
Knowledge of quality management and inventory control.
Ability to achieve production targets within deadlines.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
