Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create and manage monthly content calendars.
Handle daily posting of reels, stories, carousels, creatives and videos.
Develop engaging content related to skincare, haircare, hair transplants, aesthetic treatments and wellness services.
Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, video editors, doctors and clinic teams for content creation.
Manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and audience reach.
Monitor social media performance, followers, engagement, reach and lead generation.
Identify trending topics, reels, hashtags and digital marketing opportunities.
Manage online brand reputation and ensure timely responses to comments and messages.
Analyse competitors and implement creative content strategies.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in social media management.




Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Excellent content writing, communication and creative skills.
Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools.
Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video content.
Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, healthcare, aesthetics or wellness industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹74,000.00 per month
