We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused EV Sales Consultant to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you will be the face of our electric vehicle brand, guiding potential buyers through the advantages of EV ownership, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
Greet walk-in customers, understand their driving habits and budget, and present suitable EV models.
Explain EV-specific features, key selling points (battery range, charging time, cost-per-kilometer savings, maintenance advantages, and government subsidies).
Guide customers through financing options, vehicle exchange programs, and insurance packages.
Achieve monthly vehicle sales, accessories, and value-added service targets.
Test Drives & Demonstrations
Schedule and conduct structured test drives, showcasing vehicle performance, regenerative braking, smart connectivity, and tech features.
Demonstrate charging operations (home charger installation overview and public charging infrastructure usage).
Lead Management & Follow-ups
Manage digital and walk-in leads through the dealership CRM software.
Perform regular,



structured follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into sales.
Organize outdoor displays, promotional activities, and corporate sales drives across Vadodara.
Delivery & Customer Experience
Coordinate with the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and back-office teams for timely vehicle registration and billing.
Deliver a memorable handover experience during vehicle delivery, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction (CSI) scores.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline or Higher Secondary (10+2) with relevant experience.
Experience: 1–3 years in automobile sales (EV experience preferred, but 4-wheeler/2-wheeler retail experience is welcome).
Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Passion for electric mobility, green technology, and automotive trends.
Valid 4-wheeler driving license (Mandatory).
Basic computer and CRM operating skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
