Role & responsibilities
Assistance with Activities of Daily living (ADLs) - Helping patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and mobility.
Monitoring Patient Vital Signs - Recording temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure as directed.
Providing Mobility Support - Assisting patients with repositioning, walking and transfers for prevent falls and pressure injuries.
Ensuring Patient Comfort & Hygiene - Keeping patient rooms clean, changing bed linens, and assisting with toileting needs.
Responding to Call Bells Promptly - Addressing patient requests in a timely manner to enhance comfort and safety.
Supporting Nutrition & Hydration Needs
Observing and Reporting changes in patients
Transporting patients
Stocking supplies & Maintaining Equipment
Providing Emotional Support
Preferred candidate profile
TNMC registration mandatory
Willing to do rotational shifts
