Job Responsibilities
Plan and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
Teach children with special educational needs using appropriate teaching strategies.
Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and other developmental needs.
Develop communication, social, behavioural, academic, and life skills.
Conduct individual and group-based learning activities.
Monitor students' progress and maintain regular assessment records.
Collaborate with parents, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Create a safe, positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programmes.

Eligibility & Qualifications
B.Ed.



in Special Education (RCI-approved qualification preferred).
D.Ed. Special Education / D.El.Ed. Special Education candidates may also apply, subject to applicable RCI requirements.
Valid RCI registration, wherever required for the role.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Patience, empathy, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with children with special needs.

Preferred Skills
Ability to handle children with different learning and developmental needs.
Knowledge of special teaching aids and learning materials.
Basic understanding of behavioural management techniques.
Teamwork and effective parent communication.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
