Job Description – Commi I (Indian & Tandoor Chef)
Department: Food Production
Base -Indian
Location: Joshimath (Uttarakhand)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Indian dishes, breads, kebabs and tandoor specialities.
Independently handle daily tandoor operations.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation and consistency.
Ensure proper mise-en-place and kitchen preparation.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness.
Control food wastage and follow standard recipes.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
