We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions within the Semiconductor, PCB Manufacturing, and EMS industries.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Recruit for engineering, production, quality, purchase, supply chain, and support functions.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
Negotiate salary, coordinate offer releases, and follow up on joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.




Coordinate with staffing agencies and recruitment consultants.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
Understanding of technical hiring and manufacturing roles.
Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
