Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced L3 Multi-Cloud Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS to manage and support critical production cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for Azure and AWS environments.
Manage VMs, SQL databases, storage, and backup solutions.
Support AKS/EKS Kubernetes clusters.
Manage Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, AWS ALB/NLB.
Handle major incidents, RCA, and performance troubleshooting.
Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Ensure cloud security, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery.
Drive performance optimization, capacity planning, and automation.

Required Skills:
Robust hands-on experience in Azure and AWS.
Expertise in Windows/Linux VMs, SQL DB, storage, and backup.
Experience with AKS/EKS and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Load Balancers and cloud monitoring.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD.
Solid incident management and RCA skills.

Mandatory Requirements:
5–8 years of relevant experience.




Valid Azure and AWS certifications.
Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and on-call support.
