Key responsibilities
Buy copper and aluminium scrap at the best price and quality, and build a reliable supplier network.
Source and purchase copper and aluminium scrap.
Identify grades and quality (Millberry, Birch/Cliff, Tense, Tutu, Taint/Tabor, Zorba, UBC, Wheels, Extrusion, etc.) and check material before purchase.
Negotiate prices using trends and market knowledge.
Develop and manage suppliers, traders and importers.
Coordinate with the Accountant and other for shipments and documents.
Track stock, purchase cost and the plant’s raw material needs.

Requirements
Proven experience in copper and aluminium scrap purchase.
Valuable knowledge of scrap grades, metal content, yield and market pricing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills (Hindi,



Gujarati and English preferred).
