Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns and drive leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube, and Display.
Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, negative keyword management, and bid optimisation.
Manage tCPA/tROAS bidding strategies and optimise campaign budgets.
Create and optimise ad copy, assets, targeting, and campaign structures.
Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, ROAS, Quality Score, and campaign performance.
Analyse competitor activity and Auction Insights.
Ensure accurate GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking.
Coordinate with website, creative,



and technical teams to improve landing pages and conversions.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Guide and monitor Digital Marketing Executives.

Requirements
Graduation in any discipline.
4–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Google Ads.
Advertising agency experience is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, keyword research, bidding, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
Solid analytical, communication, and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
