Purchasing & Procurement:
Vendor Management:
Identify and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to source materials, products, and services.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Maintain a database of approved suppliers and conduct regular vendor assessments.
Purchase Order Processing:
Generate purchase orders (PO) based on procurement needs and inventory levels.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Follow up with suppliers to resolve delivery issues or discrepancies.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for operational needs.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements.
Cost & Quality Control:




Ensure that goods and services are purchased at competitive rates while maintaining quality standards.
Compare pricing and quality across vendors to optimize procurement costs.
Procurement Reporting:
Prepare and analyze purchase reports, including purchase forecasts and vendor performance metrics.
Track purchase budgets and spending to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
