Job Description – Accounts Lab Faculty

Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers with solid subject knowledge may also apply)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Accounts Lab Faculty to train students in practical accounting software and accounting-related concepts. The candidate should have solid knowledge of Tally, SAP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools, along with the ability to deliver practical, hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical accounting lab sessions for students.
Teach Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
Provide training in SAP Accounting and basic SAP FICO concepts.
Teach MS Excel, including formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, and data management.
Explain accounting principles, financial statements, journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
Provide hands-on training in GST, invoicing, taxation, and bookkeeping.
Prepare practical assignments, exercises,



and assessments.
Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance.
Ensure students gain practical knowledge and job-ready accounting skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree or Master's qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Strong practical knowledge of Tally, SAP, and MS Excel.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
Ability to teach accounting software through practical demonstrations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong classroom management and student-handling abilities.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred: Candidates with previous experience in accounting training, lab handling, or teaching will be given preference.
