Job Description :
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults in industrial sewing machines.
Handle maintenance of single-needle, overlock, flatlock, interlock, coverstitch, buttonhole, and button-attaching machines.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns and production downtime.
Adjust machine timing, needle bars, feed mechanisms, tension, and stitch quality.
Replace and repair machine parts such as belts, bearings, gears, motors, hooks, and loopers.
Identify and resolve machine-related stitching problems.
Maintain cutting, finishing, and other garment production equipment as required.
Ensure machines are operating efficiently and meet production quality standards.
Maintain spare parts inventory and report requirements to the maintenance supervisor.
Coordinate with production supervisors and operators to resolve machine issues quickly.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
