As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various aspects of project execution within a globally distributed delivery setting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. The practitioner actively engages with multiple stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and facilitate smooth project delivery while maintaining effective communication across teams and locations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and accountability.
Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster skilled growth.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
Strong capability in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget monitoring.
Experience in utilizing project management tools and software to track progress and generate reports.
Ability to analyze project data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across different regions.
Competence in risk management and issue resolution within complex project environments.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
