Tender Executive (Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete tendering process, including BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tender documentation.
Review tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Collect and compare vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
Prepare cost estimates and techno-commercial proposals.
Handle tender submissions, pre-bid queries, and related documentation.
Maintain tender records and ensure timely submission.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in civil/infrastructure tendering.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quotation comparison.
Positive command of MS Excel and tender documentation.
Industrial project experience will be preferred.
