About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Unisex Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a passion for hairstyling, excellent customer service, and the ability to work with both male and female clients.

Key Responsibilities
Perform professional haircuts and hairstyling for men and women.
Provide hair colouring, highlights, global colour, and other chemical hair treatments.
Perform hair spa, conditioning, smoothing, keratin, and other hair treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation.
Build robust client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest hairstyles, trends, and haircare techniques.
Maintain and properly handle salon tools and equipment.

Requirements




Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a unisex hairdresser or hairstylist.
Robust skills in men's and women's haircuts, styling, and hair treatments.
Valuable knowledge of hair colouring and chemical services.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional attitude, punctuality, and a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
