Graduate in any discipline; a business or marketing qualification is an advantage.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, real estate, interiors, building materials or relationship management.
Robust communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
Confident in meeting business owners and senior decision-makers.
Comfortable with local travel and regular field meetings.
Valuable negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email and CRM tools.
Existing connections with architects, builders or property consultants will be an advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
