Staff Nurse (ANM/GNM)

Key Responsibilities
Assist doctors and healthcare professionals in patient care.
Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate nursing records.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist during examinations.
Collect blood samples and perform basic nursing procedures when required.
Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
Educate patients and their attendants on post-procedure care.
Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with other departments for seamless patient care.

Eligibility
ANM or GNM qualification from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing registration (preferred).




Experience in a hospital or diagnostic centre is preferred.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Skills Required
Positive clinical and patient care skills.
Excellent communication in Odia, Hindi, and English.
Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
