Handle day-to-day API manufacturing and production activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other API manufacturing equipment.
Perform charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and material handling as per SOPs.
Maintain proper production records, logbooks, and batch documentation.
Follow GMP, EHS, safety procedures, and plant operating instructions.
Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and maintain housekeeping in the production area.
Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Engineering, and Warehouse departments.
Monitor process parameters and report any deviations or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Follow chemical handling procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Support production targets while maintaining product quality and process safety.

Required Qualifications
B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm, Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or a relevant qualification, depending on the position.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in an API manufacturing plant.
Knowledge of API manufacturing processes, GMP, SOPs, and BMR documentation.
Experience handling reactors,



centrifuges, filters, and dryers.
Positive understanding of industrial safety and chemical handling.

Preferred Candidate
