About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, promoting IT services, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential business leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.
Reach out to prospective clients and introduce the company's IT services.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
Promote services such as website development, mobile app development, software development, and other IT solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.




Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of sales and business development.
Confidence in handling client conversations.
Willingness to learn about IT products and services.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Candidates with an interest in IT Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management are encouraged to apply.
