We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a solid background in the real estate industry to manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee post-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete customer relationship process from booking to handover.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Accounts, and other departments.
Monitor payment follow-ups, agreements, registration, and documentation.
Oversee possession, handover, and post-handover activities.
Develop and maintain effective CRM processes and customer service standards.
Lead and manage the CRM team and monitor their performance.
Maintain customer databases and generate periodic MIS reports.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
Solid experience in handling customer relationships in residential projects.
Proven team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
