Job Summary

We are seeking a well-presented, confident, and guest-oriented Doorman with prior experience at a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality property. The ideal candidate should possess a tall, well-proportioned build, excellent grooming standards, and a welcoming personality to create an exceptional first impression for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a courteous and memorable first impression.
Open and close vehicle doors and assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles.
Coordinate with the Bell Desk and Front Office team for luggage handling and guest arrivals.
Maintain a professional posture, alertness, and a high standard of personal grooming at all times.
Assist guests with basic directions, transportation arrangements, and hotel-related queries.
Maintain a well-organized and presentable entrance area.
Ensure smooth coordination with Valet, Security, Concierge, and other operational teams.
Deliver personalized and prompt service in accordance with luxury hotel standards.





Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience as a Doorman at a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality property is essential.
Tall, well-proportioned build with a smart, confident, and skilled appearance.
Excellent grooming, etiquette, body language, and guest interaction skills.
Robust service orientation with a courteous and approachable personality.
Good communication skills and the ability to remain composed in a professional setting.
Willingness to follow the hotel's prescribed uniform and grooming standards, including applicable traditional headwear requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in premium hotel entrance operations and familiarity with luxury hospitality service standards will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
