What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced qualified to join our Bancassurance team as a Deputy Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Bancassurance products and services, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be familiar with the Bancassurance business of Bandhan Bank and will have excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and internal teams to drive business results and contribute to the overall growth of the Bancassurance department.

What does the job entail?
Oversee the Bancassurance department's daily operations and ensure alignment with the bank's overall strategy
Lead and manage a team of Bancassurance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
Develop and implement Bancassurance business plans, identifying new prospects and implementing risk management strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Risk Management, Compliance, and Sales teams, to drive business growth and minimize risk
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform Bancassurance product development and pricing strategies




Manage Bancassurance product portfolios, including life, general, and health insurance products
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agents, and brokers
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting to track departmental progress and identify areas for improvement

Essential Qualification

MBA Preffered
