We are urgently seeking a dedicated New Product Development Assistant to join our dynamic R&D; team at our cosmetic company based in Rajkot, Gujarat. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of new cosmetic products from concept through launch
Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance
Support formulation development and testing of new products
Prepare documentation for product formulations, specifications, and regulatory compliance
Participate in sensory evaluations and consumer testing sessions
Maintain accurate records of experiments and findings
Stay updated on industry advancements and competitor products
Aid in troubleshooting formulation issues as they arise during development processes

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)




Strong interest in cosmetics formulation and product development processes
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Able to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Keen problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
Prior experience in R&D; or internships within the cosmetics industry is a plus but not mandatory!
